Springfield Ford Lincoln Coronavirus Updates

At Springfield Ford, we put the safety of our customers and employees first and foremost. With the rapidly evolving situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let everyone know what we are doing to adapt.

We are taking all recommended precautions to maintain a sanitary environment for our customers and employees, whether in for service or visiting the showroom. This includes increased cleaning and sanitizing services, as well as adding hand sanitizer around the dealership.

If you are concerned about coming into the dealership (or spending an extended period of time at the dealership) here are some other options that may help:

-Research Online - We have additional staff on stand-by to help answer any questions you may have about a vehicle. You can communicate with us via email, chat on our website, text, or phone call.

-Video Walk Arounds - If you'd like to see a vehicle and aren't comfortable with coming into the dealership, we can take video walk arounds and send them to you to view in the comfort of your own home! We'll show you the good, and the bad!

-Online Buying Process - You can complete a majority of the purchase process online. That includes initial trade appraisals, credit applications, and submitting documentation.

-At Home Trade Appraisals - If you aren't comfortable coming into the dealership, we can appraise your trade while you stay at home!

-At Home Test Drives - Since we understand some things are better experienced in person, we can also arrange at home test drives! We'll bring the vehicle to you to do a test drive, and view the car in person, all while you're at home.

-Paperwork - We are also able to complete all the paperwork at your house! We will bring the vehicle to you, sanitize the vehicle after delivery, and complete all paperwork at your home.

-Service Pick Up & Delivery - If you have a service appointment, and aren't comfortable with coming into the dealership we can arrange for pick-up and delivery of your vehicle.

Our employees have been instructed to:

-Frequently wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

-Avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth, or face with unwashed hands.

-Greet customers with a smile instead of a handshake or hug.

-Stay home if experiencing any systems and report this to management.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and will let you know if we have any updates. Please reach out to any member of our team if you have any questions.
